Domestic (Australia)

Orders processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Free shipping on Australian orders over AU$100.

International

Orders processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery: 7–14 business days, plus customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you envisioned. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, except for earrings and other intimate-wear items, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once tried or worn.

Rings, necklaces, bracelets, and other jewellery may be returned if they are in their original condition with all packaging and tags included.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 14 days with your order number, description, and photos. Approved items will receive a replacement, exchange, or refund. Return shipping for faulty or incorrect items is covered by us.
